User Agreement and Privacy Policy

The SoundMorphix software application (hereinafter referred to as "SoundMorphix" or "the Software") hereby reminds you (the User) to carefully read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") before registering as a user. Please ensure you fully understand all terms of this Agreement. Read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your registration, login, use, etc., will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement and agreement to be bound by its terms. This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations between the team and users regarding the "SoundMorphix" software services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). "User" refers to any individual who registers, logs in, or uses the Services. This Agreement may be updated by the Software at any time, and the updated terms will replace the original ones upon publication without further notice. Users can view the latest version of the Agreement on this website. If users do not accept the modified terms after the Software updates the Agreement, they should immediately stop using the Services provided by the Software. Continued use will be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.

1. Account Registration

1. Users need to register a "SoundMorphix" account before using the Services. A "SoundMorphix" account can be registered using WeChat or other accounts. Users must use a WeChat account that is not already bound to a "SoundMorphix" account and has a real-name authenticated bank card, and is not banned by the Software under this Agreement. The Software may change the account registration and binding methods based on user needs or product requirements without prior notice.

2. Since "SoundMorphix" accounts include mobile phone number registration, you agree that the Software will use the mobile phone number you provide and/or automatically extract your mobile device identification code and other information for registration.

3. During registration and use of the Services, the Software needs to collect personal information that can identify the user to contact the user when necessary or provide a better user experience. The information collected includes but is not limited to the user's WeChat nickname, gender, age, address, industry, hobbies, frequent locations, and personal description. The Software agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the constraints of Section 3 on the protection of personal privacy information.

2. Service Content

1. The specific content of the Services is provided by the Software based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to authorizing users to log in through their accounts, play online games, chat, share on social platforms, recharge, choose or decline physical mailings, use points for consumption, etc. The Software may change the services it provides, and the content may be updated at any time; users will receive notifications about such changes.

2. The Services include free and paid services. Users may receive virtual currency gifted by the Software or purchase paid services through payment methods such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, or other payment channels provided by the "SoundMorphix" platform. Paid services require users to confirm payment according to the Software's prompts before use. Payment completion is confirmed by the bank or third-party payment platform generating a "payment completed" notification.

3. Due to ethical and legal risks, we do not support voice simulation of others. Please use this product legally and compliantly. This product only provides entertainment voice optimization services. After obtaining membership through purchase, free redemption, or other methods, you can enjoy the services provided by the Software.

3. Protection of Personal Privacy Information

1. During account registration or use of the Services, users may need to provide necessary information as required by laws and regulations. If the information provided is incomplete or non-compliant, users may not be able to use the Services or may face restrictions.

2. Personal privacy information includes information related to personal identity or privacy, such as real name, ID number, phone number, device identification code, IP address, and chat records. Non-personal privacy information includes operational status and usage habits recorded on the Software's servers, other general information outside the scope of personal privacy, and information users agree to disclose.

3. Respecting the privacy of users' personal information is a consistent policy of the Software. The Software will take technical and other necessary measures to ensure the security of users' personal information and prevent leakage, damage, or loss. In case of such incidents or potential risks, the Software will take timely remedial actions.

4. The Software will not disclose users' personal privacy information to third parties without consent, except in the following cases:

(1) Disclosure is required by laws or authorities;

(2) Leakage caused by users sharing their account passwords or due to non-Software reasons;

(3) Users voluntarily disclose their personal information to third parties;

(4) Disclosure is agreed upon between users and the Software or its partners and affiliates;

(5) Leakage caused by hacking, viruses, or other force majeure events.

5. Users agree that the Software may use their personal privacy information for the following purposes:

(1) Sending important notices such as Software updates or changes to this Agreement;

(2) Internal audits, data analysis, and research to improve products, services, and communication;

(3) Managing, reviewing, and processing user information as per this Agreement;

(4) Other purposes required by applicable laws. Without prior consent, the Software will not use personal privacy information for any other purposes.

6. Users confirm that their portrait and voice information are non-personal privacy information. Successful registration of a "SoundMorphix" account and authorization to use the camera and microphone constitute consent for the Software to collect, disclose, and use such information. This information will be part of the user's public profile. Users can revoke this authorization at any time by disabling camera or microphone permissions.

7. To improve technology and services, the Software may collect and use or provide non-personal privacy information to third parties.

4. Content Standards

1. Content refers to any material created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users while using the Services, including but not limited to account avatars, names, descriptions, text, voice messages, and other content generated through account use.

2. Users must not use "SoundMorphix" accounts or the Services to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content prohibited by laws and policies, including:

(1) Content opposing constitutional principles;

(2) Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) Content harming national honor and interests;

(4) Content inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermining unity;

(5) Content violating religious policies or promoting cults and superstitions;

(6) Content spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining stability;

(7) Content containing obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, or criminal incitement;

(8) Content defaming or infringing on others' rights;

(9) Other content prohibited by laws and regulations.

3. Users must not use "SoundMorphix" accounts or the Services to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with normal operations or infringes on others' rights, including:

(1) Sexually suggestive content;

(2) Abusive, threatening, or intimidating content;

(3) Harassing, spam, malicious, or deceptive content;

(4) Content involving others' privacy or personal information;

(5) Content infringing on others' reputation, portrait, intellectual property, or trade secrets;

(6) Other content disrupting services or infringing on rights. Violations will result in content deletion and possible account suspension.

5. Usage Rules

1. Any content transmitted or published by users through the Services does not represent the views or policies of the Software, and the Software bears no responsibility for such content.

2. Users must not use "SoundMorphix" accounts or the Services for:

(1) Submitting false information or impersonating others;

(2) Forcing or inducing others to follow links or share information;

(3) Fraudulent activities such as virtual currency trading or cheating;

(4) Spreading rumors or misleading others;

(5) Creating fake accounts in bulk;

(6) Engaging in illegal activities;

(7) Developing or distributing tools for the above behaviors;

(8) Other violations of laws or interference with normal operations.

3. Users are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, and accuracy of content they disseminate and any resulting legal liabilities. The Software is not liable for damages caused to itself or third parties by such content.

4. The Services may include advertisements. Users agree to display ads provided by the Software and third parties. Users are responsible for transactions based on ad information, and the Software is not liable for any resulting losses.

6. Account and Channel Management

1. Ownership of "SoundMorphix" accounts belongs to the Software. After registration, users obtain usage rights, which are non-transferable. The Software reserves the right to reclaim accounts.

2. Users can modify or delete account information, but deleted content will also be removed from the system. Users bear this risk.

3. Users are responsible for safeguarding account information and passwords. The Software is not liable for unauthorized use due to poor password management.

4. Users must comply with this Agreement. Violations may result in service suspension or termination, and the Software reserves the right to reclaim accounts.

5. "SoundMorphix" account ownership belongs to the Software. Usage rights are non-transferable.

7. Data Storage

1. The Software is not responsible for data deletion or storage failures.

2. The Software may set data storage limits and durations. Users should back up their data as needed.

3. If users stop using the Services or the Services are terminated, the Software may permanently delete user data without obligation to return it.

8. Risk Assumption

1. Users understand that "SoundMorphix" is a platform for information sharing and must take responsibility for their actions, including transmitted content and consequences. The Software is not liable for risks arising from content use.

2. Users understand that the Software may modify, suspend, or terminate services unilaterally as needed.

9. Intellectual Property

1. Unless otherwise stated, content provided by the Software is owned by the Software, except where users legally own pre-existing rights.

2. The Software retains all intellectual property rights related to the Services.

3. "SoundMorphix" logos and trademarks are owned by the Software and may not be used without permission.

4. All intellectual property is protected by law. Users may not use or create derivative works without authorization.

5. Users guarantee they own or have licensed any uploaded content and grant "SoundMorphix" a global, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content.

10. Legal Liability

1. The Software may review, delete content, and penalize accounts for violations without notice.

2. Banned users must appeal via "SoundMorphix" QQ for potential penalty adjustments.

3. The Software may take legal action against violations and report to authorities as required by law.

4. Users must compensate the Software and affiliates for damages caused by violations.

11. Force Majeure and Disclaimer

1. The Software is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government actions.

2. Users should protect their information and passwords to avoid losses or harassment.

3. The Software is not liable for service failures due to technical issues, viruses, or other internet-related problems.

4. The Software is not liable for damages caused by misleading, illegal, or infringing content from others.

5. The Software may perform maintenance causing service interruptions without liability but will provide prior notice.

6. The Software's right to handle violations does not constitute an obligation or guarantee.

7. The Software is not liable for defects in free or gifted services.

8. The Software's total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the user (if any).

12. Service Changes, Interruptions, Termination

1. The Software may change, interrupt, or terminate services, providing equivalent alternatives or refunds for paid services.

2. The Software may terminate services without liability in cases of:

(1) Non-compliant or false user information;

(2) User violations of laws or this Agreement;

(3) Legal or authority requirements;

(4) Security or other necessary reasons.

13. Miscellaneous

1. Users should pay attention to disclaimer and rights limitations in this Agreement. Minors should read with guardians.

2. This Agreement is governed by Chinese law. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or litigation in the Software's jurisdiction.

3. If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain effective.
